A: Yes, Amaki products are environmentally friendly.

 Q: Do stores carry Amaki products?

A: Currently, no. Amaki products are only available through Amaki’s website, Amazon and ebay.

Q: Can I buy and resell your products in my salon or spa?

A: Yes, that is a possibility. If you would like to do so, write us an email to support@amakiskincare.com.

Q: Do you test your products on animals?

A: No, Amaki is a cruelty-free brand. We only test our products on family, friends, interns and volunteers.

Q: Are parabens, phthalates or petrochemicals included in your products?

A: No. Amaki products are all natural. They contain no harmful chemicals or preservatives, no synthetic fillers, parabens and petroleum by-products commonly found in commercial skin care products.

Q: Do you provide samples of your products?

A: No, we don’t offer it yet. However, we do have a 30-day money back guarantee with every purchase of our product.

Q: Are your products safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

A: Our ingredients are chosen carefully and thoughtfully, keeping in mind that the ingredients put on the skin are absorbed into our bodies. All of our products are made with high-quality ingredients and are natural. They don’t contain any chemicals or toxins. But we highly recommend consulting with your healthcare provider to make sure that you are not allergic to any ingredients in the product.

Q: What order should I apply my skincare products?

A: We believe in a simple skincare routine. Using a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer every morning and night is the best routine. You can add on a scrub twice a week.

Q: Can I use the oil cleansers even if I have oily or problematic skin?

A: Cleansing oils contain hydrating and soothing ingredients that may actually be more effective and less irritating than some traditional cleansers. Oil absorbs oil, which means that these products can effectively remove dirt from and leave the skin clean. 

Q: What is the shelf life of your products?

A: The shelf life of our products is 1 to 2 years.
